We were once Sun Valley second home owners ourselves.  We know what it’s like to be far away from a home that is not only a big investment, but a very personal one, too.  We believe most people want what we wanted:  someone to watch over the property whom you trust, who takes the responsibility seriously, who has good judgment, and who communicates clearly and honestly.

FoxTail Property Management is the perfect union of our skills in business management, home improvement and construction, and landscaping. We both have a passion for the area, the outdoors, and all that makes the Wood River Valley so special. Plus, having built our own home in Sun Valley, we understand how a house functions from the studs out. In the 20 years we have been married we have run several successful businesses together, the most recent being our 5000-acre family seed crop farm for the seventeen years prior to our move to Sun Valley. Operating the farm included managing employees, scheduling and maintaining equipment, and significant financial oversight – business skills we put to use daily in FoxTail Property Management. In 2004 we decided we wanted our children raised in the Wood River Valley. After moving here and prior to starting FoxTail, we built our house, worked as the controller for one of the area’s most successful ski and bike retailers, taught skiing, became active in our girls’ school sports and activities, and worked with local non-profit organizations. We look forward to continuing our involvement in this community and helping our clients enjoy their time in this beautiful valley.
